Day 2 of orientation: Hospital and Clinic trip, so not too bad. 🙂 We were advised to be extra nice to the Matron and Sisters because they basically run the place. It was an alright-ish exposure to the place. Later in the afternoon, we had a talk about making goals, team-building and a game of “knots”. It’s the one where you randomly hold hands and then have to untangle yourselves. My group ended up laughing so much because we probably held our hands wrongly.
I have to do a simulated patient interview tomorrow. I’m kinda worried that I am a bit too out of touch with it. My group got the tutor who is particularly strict and shouts at students, so you understand the panic. Fingers crossed that it won’t be too bad.
