I trust myself enough to try to be better. I trust myself to no cry when I trip and fall. I trust myself to be stronger than I believe myself to be.
I forgive myself when I make mistakes. I forgive myself when I scream on the inside. I forgive myself for being unlike myself when I hurt.
I’ve learned that you can keep going long after you can’t. I’ve learned that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel. I’ve learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
